Accessibility Statement
What Marsh Capital aims for on this website, how it is checked, what is not yet covered, and how to tell us when something does not work.
01
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA across the public pages of this website, in both English and Arabic.
The Arabic site is not a mirror of the English one. It is laid out right to left, with its own typefaces and its own spacing, because a translated page set in a left-to-right frame is harder to read, not easier.
02
How this is checked
Accessibility is tested automatically on every change to the site, not reviewed once at launch. Each change is checked before it can be published.
- Automated WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA checks run against the public pages in both languages, on a desktop browser and on a phone-sized screen. A failure stops the change from being released.
- Colour contrast is checked at the sizes text is actually used at. A phone renders some labels smaller than a desktop does, which moves them into a stricter contrast threshold, so both are tested.
- Keyboard behaviour is tested: the mobile menu holds focus while open, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus to the control that opened it.
- A reduced-motion preference is honoured. Where the system setting asks for less movement, content appears without animation rather than being hidden until it animates.
- Every form field is tied to its own label in the markup. A placeholder is never used in place of a label.
03
What is not yet covered
We would rather state the gaps than imply there are none.
- The client area behind sign-in has not been through the same automated checks as the public pages. It is built to the same rules, but it is not yet verified to the same standard.
- This website has not been independently audited by an accessibility specialist, and it has not been tested end to end by people who use screen readers or other assistive technology every day. Automated checks find a meaningful share of problems, not all of them.
- Documents provided by third parties, including PDFs held in the client area, are published as we receive them and may not meet this standard.
- The Arabic text is a working translation pending professional review. Meaning should be accurate, but wording may still change.

If something does not work for you
Please tell us. Write to info@marsh-capital.com with the page address and what happened — including the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. We aim to reply within five working days.
If any part of this website is keeping you from reaching something you need, we will provide it another way — by email, or by telephone on +971 50 558 7545. You do not have to explain why.

How this statement is kept current
This statement describes the site as it stands on the date above, not an intention. When the gaps listed here are closed, this page will say so and the date will change.
