Client Access
A controlled workspace for approved Marsh Capital clients, documents and advisory engagements.
Client area
Sign in, or request access.
Approved clients sign in with a password and a code from an authenticator app. If you do not yet have access, submit a request — every application is verified and reviewed before any workspace is opened.
Controlled onboarding
Access follows verification.
Portal access is not public or automatic. Every user is verified, reviewed and assigned the minimum permissions appropriate to the engagement.
Verify
Email ownership is confirmed before the application moves forward.
Review
Marsh Capital manually reviews the organisation, engagement and requested access.
Access
Approved users receive only the workspace and document permissions assigned to them.
After approval
Two factors, every sign-in.
Two-factor authentication is required, not optional. Your password is one factor; a six-digit code from an authenticator app on your own device is the second. Codes are never sent by SMS.
Invitation
An approval email arrives with a single-use link. It is valid for 24 hours and can be reissued if it lapses.
Set password
The link opens a page where you choose your own password. Marsh Capital never sees it and cannot set one for you.
Add authenticator
You scan a QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or any TOTP app. Codes are generated on your device — no SMS is used.
Sign in
From then on, signing in takes your password and the six-digit code from that app.
