No relationship is created by contacting us

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client or advisory relationship. Any engagement is subject to review, acceptance and an agreed scope of work.

The client area

Access to the client area is granted at Marsh Capital’s discretion, after review of the organisation, the engagement and the access requested. Approval is not automatic, and it can be limited to particular categories or withdrawn.

Your account is personal to you. Do not share your password or your authenticator, and do not allow anyone else to use your account. Tell us promptly at info@marsh-capital.com if you believe it has been used by someone else.

We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, including where an account appears to be shared, where material is redistributed, or where access is no longer appropriate to the relationship.

Material in the client area is confidential

Products, partners, documents and research in the client area are made available to named, approved users for their own professional assessment. They are confidential, they may include information belonging to third parties, and they must not be copied, forwarded, published or otherwise redistributed without our written permission.

Some material relates to products that are not registered for public distribution in every market. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you may lawfully receive and consider it.

Ownership

The content, design and marks on this website belong to Marsh Capital or to the third parties who provided them, and are protected by law. You may read and print pages for your own professional use. Any other use — copying, republishing, systematic extraction, or use for a competing service — requires our written permission.
